And this is my card! Do you like the colors? Terri's challenge has us using the following colors, Yellow (maize), Pink (fuchsia), Blue (sky) Green (apple), Purple, and Hibiscus (salmon/orange). My birds are bright pink, although I am not sure why they don't look it in the picture. I think it might be the coarse glitter that I covered them with.
I used all Cricut cuts with the exception of the band on the front of the card, that is a Martha Stewart punch. The birds and the word Mom are from the CCR exclusive, Mother's Day Moments. The card is from Damask Décor. I cut it in green, then created a smaller size card in Purplr to use as the mat.
The flower is from Close To My Heart Art Philosophy. I used the chipboard that came with the cartridge when I ordered it from my dear friend Belinda. Check out her awesome blog here, not only is she a great CTMH rep, she is incredibly talented and just a beautiful person! I computer generated a sentiment and printed it in sky blue. If you would like the CCR file, it is here The papers are all from my stash. The birds and the green cardstock are from Close To My Heart, the blue and yellow are from Cricut Candy Shop and the Salmon Polka Dot on my Flower is also from Close To My Heart, Dotty For You. I blinged it up with some Jolee's Crystals, and of course, the birds are done with MS coarse glitter that I used Ranger Glossy Accents to adhere it to the birds.
I think I may be at the end of my opportunities to finish the rest of the challenges. It has been fun!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Happy Crafting!
Colleen
