When You Are Stuck In A Rut

Hi!

Today I am back with some cards and a layout to share. I was feeling a little stuck in rut recently. My creative juices just weren't flowing, I really needed something to jump start the process for me. I decided to turn to my Explore and the Make It Now area of Design Space. It was so helpful. I made my niece and nephew's birthday cards and a sweet layout for my darling Kaylee.

This card was actually a birthday party invitation that I customized for my nephew. I added a couple of puffy silver stars from my stash and the word "wishes".  I like the finished product.

For my niece's card, I added the Birthday Wishes stamp to a Make It Now card. I didn't alter much else on the design. I think the card is very pretty.

Finally, I had this adorable picture of my sweetie pie that I have been wanting to scrap forever. I took it last year when we were out shopping for her birthday party. I saw a layout in the Make It Now Section and just added some of my own touches to it. I used some Maya Road Paper Twine Cording in Grass Green for the grass. I just unrolled some of the twine and cut frays into it. I also had a MR tree paper clip hanging a round on my table, so I added that to the title. The paper is from Die Cut With A View Collage Art Stack and did all the background work for me. This is one of my favorites layouts ever! Thank you Cricut for the Make It Now ideas!

So if you have an explore and are ever stuck like I was break out the Make It Now area of Design Space and have some fun!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Happy Crafting!
